Superme court refuses to entertain please demanding prob into Delhi tractory rally violence

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday wouldn't engage a lot of petitions requesting an examination concerning the work vehicle rally brutality in the public capital on Republic Day and bearing to the media not to proclaim ranchers as "psychological militants" with no proof.

A seat containing Chief Justice SA Bobde and Justices AS Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian would not hear the supplications and requested that the three solicitors approach the public authority with their requests and make portrayal there.

"We are certain that the public authority is asking into this and making a move. We heard in the press where the Prime Minister said that law will take its own course, we would prefer not to meddle in it. You can move toward the public authority," the Chief Justice said.

Candidate advocate Vishal Tiwari battled that on January 26 "shocking episode occurred, faults are on the two sides yet individuals endured".

At the point when Chief Justice said the public authority is asking about the issue, Tiwari said let not the test be uneven. To this, the Chief Justice answered, "Your supplication depends on the way that it will be uneven. What is an examination? It needs to consider all sides."

Another solicitor advocate Shikha Dixit told the Bench that Police were pounded and there was brutality on January 26 in Delhi. The Bench answered that it can't investigate this issue.
